If you are interested in helping with our fundraising efforts in New York City, please contact Wendy Kahn, alex@alexfund.org. Volunteers are especially needed to assist with benefits, translation from English to Romanian and with office work.
Volunteers have also participated directly with the programs in Romania, working with children and teachers. We especially welcome those with a background in education or teacher education, and those who know some Romanian. Volunteers must provide their own transportation and lodging.
