232 impoverished children and adults from Horezu Poenari village received free medical tests

For two days, the school in Horezu Poenari were transformed into a clinic for the Medical Caravan. On the 10th and 11th of October, 40 volunteer specialists and students from the Universities of Medicine in Bucharest and Craiova consulted and recommended treatments for 232 poor children and adults from Horezu Poenari, Valea Stanciului, Dolj County. The Medical Caravan was organised with “Together for Rural Health”, in partnership with OvidiuRo and it is part of the health component of the Fiecare Copil in Gradinita program (FCG).
The 7th edition of the Medical Caravan had the support of City Hall and the School of Valea Stanciului, Carrefour Romania, Coca-Cola HBC Romania, Simpa Trans and GSK Romania.
