Daily attendance increased to 83% in February

1032 of the 1241 children in Fiecare Copil în Grădiniță attended school every day in February.  The secret of getting high attendence in the middle of winter:  FOOD STAMPS!  OvidiuRo gives parents 50 lei in food coupons each month if their children show up every day. This has led to higher and higher attendance since September, which is completely opposite the usual winter pattern.
