Castelu: A Case Study

When the principal of a school responded to the “Scoala te face mare” Public Awareness campaign ads in August, 2009 with a telephone call to Ovidiu Rom, wheels of change began to turn.  Please read about how our strategies, which we have developed during the past decade in schools throughout Romania, were recently put into action in a small town in Constanta county. Castelu now serves as a model for future replication.
