Ovidiu Rom

Ovidiu Rom helps Romanian schools and communities successfully integrate impoverished children into the education system at the appropriately early age. Fiecare Copil in Scoala (every child in school) is a national initiative to get every child in school and see them advance successfully to high school graduation.

The methodology encompasses neighborhood canvassing, teacher training, summer and after-school programs, family counseling and parent participation.

The primary beneficiary of The Alex Fund is the Fiecare Copil in Scoală (“Every Child in School”) program, managed by Asociatia Ovidiu Rom, a certified Romanian charity.
