A. Spring

• Neighborhood census – identify 5 to 7 year olds who are not registered in school

B. Summer

• Train teachers and social workers
• Prepare kids for kindergarten & 1st grade
• Register kids for school
• Engage parents
  

C. Fall

• Attendance incentives: School kits, shoes & coats, hot lunches
  

D. Year-round

• Parent-/Teaching-team meetings
• Workshops for teachers, social workers, volunteers
• Monitoring children’s attendance
