The mission of The Alex Fund is to promote self-sufficiency among marginalized people through education, job training and community development.
The Alex Fund develops and supports programs in the US and Romania that focus on alleviating the cycle of poverty.
A primary beneficiary of The Alex Fund is the Fiecare Copil in Scoala ("Every Child in School") program in Romania, managed by Asociatia Ovidiu Rom. This is a long-term strategy to eradicate school abandonment caused by poverty.
