Poor children in our preschool programs set new daily attendance records!

Thanks to The Alex Fund, last fall Ovidiu Rom started offering food coupons to poor parents whose children had 100% attendance in preschool classes. Since then the number of children qualifying for the coupons has increased to 1082 (out of 1289 who were eligible). Teacher involvement and parent incentives make the difference! We are committed to getting EVERY poor child in Romania in preschool — so they have a chance for a better life than their parents’.
