OvidiuRo – Ministry of Education agreement for the national implementation of quality early education best practices 

Minister of National Education, Liviu Marian Pop, and Executive Director of OvidiuRo, Maria Gheorghiu, signed, on September 19th, a collaboration protocol regarding the implementation of quality education best practices central to the Fiecare Copil în Grădiniță (FCG) pilot program.

The protocol’s main objective is ensuring logistic and methodological support to teachers and school principals for both maximizing the impact of Law no. 248/2015 – including enrollment of all poor children in kindergarten – and taking over of good practices that granted pilot FCG’s success – mainly related to training teachers in child centered teaching methods and furnishing kindergartens with quality educational materials and books.
